CSVXtractor is a software product owned and operated by Simpleledger Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14373987. Our registered office is at 67 Watling Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 6JJ.

2. The Service

CSVXtractor is an online tool that extracts transaction data from bank statement PDF files and exports it in formats compatible with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, FreeAgent and QuickBooks.

The service is intended for use by accountants, bookkeepers and business owners for legitimate financial data processing purposes.

3. Accounts & Access

To use CSVXtractor you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

CSVXtractor offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Pay-as-you-go page credits are available as a one-time purchase.

• Free plan: 10 pages per month at no cost
• Starter plan: 300 pages per month — £9/month
• Pro plan: 1,500 pages per month — £19/month
• Pay-as-you-go: 50p per page, credits never expire

All prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CSVXtractor only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that you do not have the right to process
• Use the service to process data on behalf of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use the service in any way that may damage, disable, or impair it
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Data & Privacy

PDFs uploaded to CSVXtractor are processed to extract transaction data and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete. Extracted transaction data is stored in your account and associated with your session history.

We take the security of financial data seriously. Full details of how we collect, process and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

CSVXtractor, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Simpleledger Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CSVXtractor is provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim for high accuracy in transaction extraction, we do not guarantee that all data will be extracted perfectly. You should always review extracted data before importing it into accounting software.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpleledger Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CSVXtractor, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or accounting errors resulting from incorrect data extraction.

Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice within the application.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
